Excellent Service! It was nineteen degrees and we had no heat .I called for service and was immediately put on the schedule. Our service tech Brandon who we have had out in the past presents himself in a courteous and professional manner. We needed a new part which Brandon installed and he was able to explain the problem in layman terms and make sure we had heat. We have been customers of Fras- Air for about ten years in that time they installed all new heating and air conditioning equipment for our home. I would also add a five star rating for another tech we have had in the past by the name of Sean.

Jason Crubaugh came out to service our furnace. He was extremely professional. He not only performed our maintenance but went above and beyond finding an issue that our previous company had not found after years of servicing our home. I would also like to thank Cheyenne who called to setup the appointment, she was so kind and worked with our busy schedule. I highly recommend Fras Air!!!

Another wonderful experience with Fras! This time Gustavo and Andrew came to do the maintenance on our furnace. They noticed a problem, they replaced the part right then and there! They gave me a quote for a new furnace (ours is very old) but they did not pressure me at all. Absolutely excellent customer service all around! They were warm, friendly and professional. I'm a very happy customer 😁
